“And, We have not sent
you (O Muhammad) but as a mercy to the worlds.”
Allah Almighty granted Hazrat
Mohammad (PBUH) with special characteristics. Being merciful with all the
humanity is one of the major and best characteristics. Hare the point of
discussion is to show kindness fir children. We will discuss this kindness through
three major prospective.

Kindness
as a messenger
Being a messenger, Beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw)
seemed to be kind in order to children by means of his theories. For
illustration, there was an undesirable practice during the time of the Holy
Prophet (saw), where some people would wipe out their infant girls for fear of
poverty or shame. This Holy Prophet (saw) quit this depressing practice.
Likewise, people could take or steal orphans’ residence, because there was
rarely believed important. The Holy Prophet (saw) hated just how that we were
looking at being taken care of, and quit the training in the tracks.
2.
Kindness
as a father
As a father Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) was very kind to
his children and grand children’s. Like a father, this Holy Prophet (saw) loved
his children and grand children very much. While obtaining his little princess,
Hazrat Fatimah (RA), he accustomed to rise via his couch, kiss her around the
forehead, and help to make her stay in his very own place. Once in the presence
of an Arab Chief Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) kissed his grandsons. The chief was
very surprised and said that:-
“You love children very
much. I have ten children and I have never kissed one of them.”
Muhammad (PBUH) replied:-
“What can I do if God
takes away love from you?”
Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) always expressed him fondness
to Kids. It is narrated by Hazrat Abu Hurrairah (RA) that:-
“I went along with
Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) at a time during the day
but he did not talk to me and I did not talk to him until he reached the market
of Banu Qainuqa`. He came back to the tent of Fatimah and said the little chap
(meaning Al-Hasan) there? .
We were under the impression that his mother had detained him in order to bathe
him and dress him and garland him with sweet garland. Not much time had passed
that he (Al-Hasan) came running until both of them embraced each other,
thereupon Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said, Allah, I
love him; love him and love one who loves him.”
3.
Kindness
as a person
As a person, the Holy Prophet (saw) was anyone whom
kids want to play having. He used to buy the character of childish games within
their company. Hazrat Anas (RA) said that:-
“I never prayed behind
an Imam who was briefer or more perfect in his prayer than God’s Messenger
(PBUH). If he (PBUH) heard a baby crying, he (PBUH) would shorten the prayer
for fear that the mother might be distressed.”
Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) was very affectionate and
kind to children. He always treated to kids with kindness. So we should treat
children with kindness. In a Hadith it is said that:-
“Fear Allah and treat your children
[small or grown] fairly (with equal justice).”
(Bukhari,
Muslim)
May Allah Make us a perfect Ummati and show us the right
path (Ameen)!
